I begin teaching a Cardio Kick Boxing course from 5:30 to 6:30 on Friday nights at Highline Community college. You can sign up for the course by calling the campus at 1 206 878 2137


I will be teaching a Master Kick Boxing class from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at Tacoma Community College.


Another Self Defense course at Lady of America! The June 16th class went so well and there were so many requests for another class ...it's happening! Come and join us. Wear comfortable clothes and be ready to train from 9:00am to !:00pm. To register call 253 927 5239


The time is not yet set but our first Kids Tournament will be held at Dragon Center Family Karate. The kids will spar and flag spar. It's going to be FUN! Total Woman Heath Studio is going to have a self defense class. I'll be sharing great tips and techniques that are highly effective! Come and join in! The class starts at 9:00 am and will end around 1:00 pm. Bring some snacks and be ready to have a great time. To register call 253 565 7546. They're located at 2310 Mildred Street West In Tacoma.


Lady of America will be offering a self defense course. Their address is 1614 SW Dash Point Road in Federal Way. I'll keep you posted as to the time, it's not decided yet. Their phone number is 253 5239. It's a mother daughter event. Call them if you would like to attend. It's a great course. Hope you can make it!


Black Belt testing! Lynne McDonald and Aysha Piko will become AWESOME Black Belts. I'll get some pictures up so you can see them before and after! They'll still be in one piece after the test...It is challanging though.

**Update** Aysha Piko and Lynne McDonald are AWESOME BLACK BELTS! The girls were amazing... We are so proud of them. Now we are the five, fierce, female black belts!




I will be teaching a self-defense class at Norpoint Centre located in Tacoma, Washington at 4818 Nassau Ave NE. The class will be from 9:00AM to 1:00PM. If you re interested, you can call 253-591-5504 to register.


We will be shooting a "Box and Burn" YouTube video. If you live around the Tacoma or Federal Way, Washington Area and you would like to be in it, we are looking for females of every size and age to be YouTube movie stars. You can use the contact page to reach me. We will post pictures and the YouTube when it is done.

*Update* The YouTube shoot was wild! From dogs to birds to beautiful women, the day added up to a great day of fun play. We will keep you posted as to when the YouTube is completed and up.

Saint Patrick's Day was a lot of fun! We had a good turn out for the Master Kick Boxing Class held at Dragon Center Karate. Master Bagget has a beautiful school. We will be doing lots of fun activities at his dojo. Give his school a visit at 35417 21st Ave in Federal Way, Washington or you can call him at 253-952-3656. He is a great martial arts instructor!




The self defense class was a hit! I love to teach self defense. I have been sharing my program with many businesses and organizations for over a decade.
