The Hahn family created Get Real Fit. We formed the company in 2006.

A lot of hard work went into its creation. We learned as we went and appreciate all of those who helped us on our journey!

I had a dream and my family pitched in to help make it happen. I wanted to create and produce fitness DVDs for women.

I have been in the fitness industry for over forty years. I started at a small women's gym in Yakima, Washington.

I went on to open my own fitness business in Los Angles California called “Proper Form”. I worked with individuals, corporations and the military.

I also had a career in acting and was fortunate to land parts in various movies and was a regular in Nashville Palace a show produced by the creators of Hee Haw.

I had reined as my small town's pageant winner in 1970. I was “Miss Yakima”. That experience launched my interest in acting.

I wanted to have a family so I retired from my acting career in 1985 and moved back to Washington State to raise my son.

Martial arts were another interest of mine. I began training with my son in the art of American Kenpo when he was very young. I obtained my black belt and opened a school in 1997. I went on to earn a 3rd degree black belt and am currently the Washington State regional representative for the American Kenpo Legacy.

The fitness industry evolved. I started at the very beginning in 1969. There were no certifications at that time so I certified with the American Council On Exercise in 1995.

My interest in working with women intensified so I certified in 2008 as a Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant with the American Council On Exercise to help me further my work with women.

I am enjoying all that is involved in having your own business, the victories and defeats, and am grateful to all of you who purchase my products and allow my work to continue.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any comments or requests about our products so we can continue to grow.

Thank you very much!

Lynn Hahn
